    Caller Identifies himself as Microsoft help desk, he is just another 3rd world scammer trying to get to your computer and take your money. Hang up and block call. Also for fun tell him you are placing a curse on him and his family!

    I called them back. My Microsoft licenses have all expired. For all five of my computers and my Apple. And my iPad. $500 per to renew the license. How do these people sleep at night?  Then i hung up.
