- CarolynI got a bogus friend request through Facebook, and then they'd sent me a message through Facebook messenger saying that a great time happened in their life recently. It was a fake account of one of my friends I've worked with 16 years ago. Then while reading an email, this urgent message popped up saying that i needed to call this number. I did not call because I thought it was a scam. It said my personal and financial info was at risk and needed to call immediately. A few days later, I was searching something on safari and a notification with this number popped up again. I would try exiting out of it but it kept telling me to call. Please make this stop.
- Caller: I did not receive a call from them.

I hope you like red, because your post will be stamped with it some time soon. - TamianthThe only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face! And be very very leery of numbers when you look to call the real ones, there are fake websites up. Never call numbers from pop ups either, thats scareware.

Told me to call apple support at this number. I got suspicious when talking to them as they were attempting to get my personal info. Googled the phone number and found this. - New Apple User| 1 replyBrand new iPad Pro had this virus on it when starting it up and registering it. Message indicated they were formatting my iPad unless I called. Went to Apple to help decrease the Windows viruses etc. Purchased through a seller through Sears! Had to Block number. but damage is done! When will our government or someone take responsibility for all of this spam, the crime, and punish these people. Too bad they can't focus their energy on something positive; guess they aren't bright enough to figure it out.
