- Too Smart TessReceived repeated calls with no caller id info. Left messages saying he was a process server for a civil litigation matter. Male caller left no name nor company name as to who was filing complaint. He cited an address of mine which was sold more than 18 years ago and was not sure who in the household he was trying to reach. A week later called again this time giving a number to call him back and a case # to reference so that an agreement could be reached to handle "complaint" out of court. It is a scam. Do not panic nor give out any personal information. They are looking for easy targets to make a quick buck. The number is registered to a mobile series based out of India.
- FloridaVictimMy mother who is 87 years old received a call from a person calling himself Steven Taylor from BMF Litigation who asked to speak to my niece. My mother took down all the information including a case number. Somehow my brother got involved and when he called the 888-493-8903 number and gave them the case #, he was threatened saying he was involved in a lawsuit and needed to sign some documents immediately and they were sending someone to his house! This sounds like a scam to me!

- No foolI received a call yesterday from this number and told my brother about it and he received a call today. I called this number 1 (888) 493-8903 and male answered the phone "corp office" I was placed on hold after giving my number then hung up..
- Creepy callerMy wife and I received three phone calls from this number on our private cell phones. A man sounded like he was reading a script and kept stating that "unless he received a prompt call the papers would be issued to the address on file as valid". Whatever that means. It came across sounding like someone with no legal background was trying to sound like a lawyer.
However, he made calls on different days to our numbers stating the same thing. Ended each message with, "and good luck to you." obviously some sort of scam but the message is unsettling. When calling the number he left on the message a woman answered "corporate office". When we asked what kind of corporate office is this, the woman said "a law office" and "everyones gone", this was at 5:15pm, she repeatedly asked me for my case number, which i did not give. All very strange and unsettling. This should be reported to someone like a news agency. I can easily see how someone would get taken advantage of.- Caller: BMG
- Call type: Telemarketer
- scam callCalled my wife and claimed to be looking for a my brothers girlfriend to serve litigation papers to.
He referenced an address I haven't lived in several years. None of the call made any sense. I recently purchased a new phone and all of the information he had could be found in the contract. Probably fishing for information using stolen info from my new at&t contract- Caller: unknown
