did you ever find out who it was

I got a call..didn't answer but they left a message saying that they were calling on behalf of Mother Frances Hospital regarding my child. We don't have any past due bills that we're aware of, so I haven't returned call. I'm guessing this is some type of telemarketing firm or a bill collector of some sort?

This Call is from Mother Frances, when you call it back they put you on hold to there buisness office. we have been paying them alittle every month. and they still call and bug us!

I went to Mother Frances Hospital when I was in Texas for School, but they have been billing me really high and has sent four to five high bills.

Who ever this is has been harassing me every day starting at 8:45 in the mornings.  Have called me 4 times today before 12:23 p.m..  I  would like to find out if we who are beeing harassed by them can file a complaint and get it stopped.  They are calling my cell phone which should be against the law.

These idiots called me 14 times yesterday!  No messages and nobody there when I answered.  What the hell do they want???
