888-493-9937

Called numerous times. CID said UNKNOWN CALLER but in a message that was left the number, 888-493-9937 was left as a callback number. The message said that my YAHOO account had been accessed from multiple locations and that I should call. Yeah, right. SCAM!!

yes came home and had a message FROM AN UNKNOWN CALLER.... saying same as the other that my Yahoo account has been accessed from multiple locations and to call this number #888-493-9937 said it was an automated  security alert!!!! SMH ..... HACKERS/SCAM

Received a voicemail message stating what the other commenters said. It appears to be a scam.

Received a call from 704-270-3118 to call 888 493 9937 that my yahoo account had been accessed.  When i called the number back no one answered.  I thought about it I said Yahoo would not be calling me about my Google account.  SCAM!!!!!

Yea, be careful.  I have called back at this # 888 493 9937, and this guy with an Indian accent asked me to go to my yahoo acct and type W3c yahoo validator .  Of course I didn't do it, but I pretended that I was doing it.  I have made up an e mail, telephone # and a name to see what he was going to say.  And this guy told me that my yahoo account has been infected.   Come on give me a break.   SCAM
