Received call this am 8/11/17 Recorded woman's voice calling for Joyce Barber claiming last notification.  She gave a c/b # but I did not write it down. So called this # from caller id. Man answered, claimed he was only mediator & had nothing to do w/handling details. After several minutes of debate w/him I was able to get who  the  co was supposed to be filing claim of attempt to defraud a financial institution. FRAUD/SCAM. he had her name last 4 of ss # and address correctly. Advised i helped or handled her affairs & would know if she had dealings with them. He had the NERVE to suggest that maybe I did it!!. My sister Joyce Barber is deceased as of May 2017 & had been in hospital & rest home since Jan 2017.  Name of co he gave was The Titan Group. Advised him this was a SCAM / Fraud.
