calling my house talking about this is ms miller you have to 5 o'clock to contact me or we servicing a complaint against you. caller id comes up unknown.

I received a call yesterday and today from the same number.  The man identified himself as Kenneth Vorhees, he claims that I have been committing fraud by writing bad checks to some company called Capital Associates.  He will not give me any information only to say that he will be dispatching my location so they can pick me up.  I guess all the questions I kept asking were too much for him.  In any case I told him that I would be on my front steps waiting for them.  I'm still waiting!!!!

Received a phone call today from this number by a "Derek Jones" claiming that he is with Capital Associates - a lawfirm  and that a process server will be at my house and if unsuccessful delivery is made that they will serve me at my job - blah blah blah.  He left in the message that I needed to call them back and gave me a reference number and extension to obtain more information about the summons to appear in court.  WHAT A RIOT!!
