This number showed up a couple times in my caller id, left no message? Anyone know who it is? It comes up unavailable, how I HATE that!

I didn't get a call from this number, but I did get an email from Big Vision about my order and how my credit card was declined. They gave this number to call back so I could give them correct credit card information. Plus the email was copied to 115 other people. Sounds like a scam to get credit card information to me!

Call ignored but caller left voice mail to call back and leave credit card information so order could be completed.  Total scam IMO.

placed an order for Magic Tracks for a kids gift.  The website scammed me into buying extras - no order review screen - so I  cancelled the order.  They are trying to charge my credit card now, but my bank won't let them!

I placed an order with Magic Tracks, but as a previous user stated, I did not submit the order, in fact I went back and cleared out all of my information, including my credit card number; about 10 minutes later I received an email saying thank you for your order. They said the item was on backorder, and that my card would not be charged until the order was filled. I immediately called my bank to let them now what happened. This call is from Magic Tracks stating your order is ready;however we have encountered a problem with your credit card. This is a scam!!!

We saw Magic Tracks and ordered it for our grand boys Dec 1, 2016.  The website scammed me into buying extras - no order review  screen (same as Katy stated above post)  I did not cancel the order, Today (March 1st 207) get a call from some company called something like Vision?  and they left a message for me to call a 800 number "888-498-8491"  The lady was very nice and said they were sorry about the order but needed the rest of the numbers on my credit card to process the order.  I politely told her that I had already give that info and was not going to do it again.   I Canceled the order.   SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM to me.

I've received numerous calls from them stating they were from Air Hawk and had a problem processing my order and needed a new credit card number. I told them to just cancel the order. A few days later I get an email from Air Hawk telling me my order had shipped and had a completely different telephone number to reach them. TOTAL SCAM ON THE 800 NUMBER.
