I got a call from a (228-203-4123).. stating I'm being sued for an old debt, I can settle right now for a couple of thousand dollars... before they file with my local court.. and I have to be home to sign..  it was a Ai sounding women the other day, today its a men saying I needed to called 888-500-1423 ..

I received a call from a number 347-331-0239 which was a recording; which said this is Jake calling to follow up with a complaint received in our office concern ###### documents regarding your file are being sent out  you will need to be available to sign for that delivery the documents regarding your file are being prepared to be sent out to you will need to be available to sign for the delivery the issuing agent will dispatch confirmation if they unable to reach you at home they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment in order to stop for the action from being taken you will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 888-500-1423 left a message in my voicemail to call 888-500-1423;

Called me told me documents were being delivered. I needed to call this number and speak to someone about my case number when I call them it was a credit card they say I owed money on from 2010 scam

Same, they give a case number says documents will be delivered to my home need to be signed, on a credit card from over 20 yrs ago, excuse me I don’t think so, and if being served they don’t call you and tell you it just happens, my sister works for the DA’s office.

I got the same call twice now. Said they were from documents processing. They called me from a 254 Texas number, left a case # and the told me to call them back at the same above phone number, the 888-500-1423 number. Today they took it up a level and called my wife and mother. They claim I owe some old credit card of $13000. I do not. Total scam. Reported to BBB. Someone needs to arrest these people and put them in jail.

I have been receiving the same message from the same number. I have a question did anyone else recently receive a new pet or some close to you may have gotton a new pet,  maybe a cat?  It's just a hunch.

Blocked call went to my voicemail, received the following message, which is clearly a scam:

"This is Jake Calling to follow up a complaint receiving our office for Kat Ashley. The reference case number is XXXXX Documents regarding your file l've been prepared to be sent out You will need to be available to sign for the delivery The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation If they are unable to reach you at home They will attempt to reach you after verified place of employment In order to stop further action from being taken You will need to contact the issuing agent immediately Eight Eight Eight Five Zero Zero One Four Two Three Discord has been logged and recorded as proof of average being made to notify you…”

Scammer Called me.  left a voice mail with reference number 27***** and to call 1800-500-1423 said it was for a HSBC credit card that was in my ex-wifes name. This is a debt that is over 16 years old.
from my research this is possibly NBC management services out of Longhorne PA 1800-710-7767
