I am getting calls from them saying I owe from a 2009 pay day loan..I have never had any payday loan and when I ask for the information from the creditor they are collecting for they will not give me any information other than pay or they will get judgement...what the heck kind of collection company is this?

Call today. This is a scam. Claim I owe money for a payday loan. I do not owe anything. Threaten to send a process server and sue me. I know it's a scam

Did you get any other information. Make sure you check your credit. I got the same call today. I did have a payday loan in 2001 and they said the same thing and when I tried getting information...they constantly interrupted me and then they hung up on me. I trackd down the information showing I paid it 2 years ago, and called back, and some [***] said I got smart with them and he hung up on me. I called back again and got a different person and ended up crying. She helped me though so......I really don't know who these people are, but I want more information on these people. They really get mean and defensive when you question their website.

I got a call from these guys today saying I owe Check N Go and said if I don't pay, I go to court or get a judgement. I don't want either of these. Make sure you keep an eye on your credit report. I only tracked down the information I needed to prove I paid it. I had a loan from 2001 and I paid it in 2013. We don't want judgements or anything on our credit report because we would like to buy a house in 3 years. I don't want to take any chances of something like this showing up on my report. These people are rude. They say they are from ADR Group or Alternative Dispute Resolution but that takes me to a government site, so I don't know. I still don't want to take any chances....Check N Go did say that they don't send people to court or anything. They only send to collection agencies.....So it may be a scam but I still feel I need to cover my tracks.

Number said someone filed a complaint about me. Tried calling back several times but no answer.

Got a call that stated that a complaint had been filed against me. Refuse to return their call, as they left it in a message...

I got a call from these people today.  They told me that I owed money on a credit card that I've never had and that I would be seeing a summons to appear in some county I've never heard of.  I told the lady that I've never heard of those things (card or county) and she said that they weren't a collection agency, they were a law firm and that I would have to appear in court.  I started to question what was going on and she got nasty with me then hung up (strange, right?). I immediately checked my credit report.  I found that I did have a card from the company she mentioned but it was never late and was closed 1 month after it opened (it was one of those H&R Block, get your refund now deals).  I believe these are scammers trying to get more information out of you.  A real company would not behave they way they do.

we keep receiving calls from this number 888-502-0273 stating that we are in default in the amount of $500.00
this is a fraudelent caller

Received a Call from someone I did not know. Message stated my name came up in a complaint. I know how the court operates..... if this was a legal matter..... I would have to be served with papers and not receive a phone call.... questionable company.

I got call from them saying that someone filed a complain with my name, and ask me to call this number.  Glad to find out its a scam.

I got a call from this 1-888-502-0273 and the lady said I owed a pay day loan from 2008 for $627.50 and I just started laughing and kept laughing then she got pissed and finally said fine then you can be laughing in court soon then hung up.  I could hear a bunch of other phones ringing in the back ground.  So I decided to keep calling her back and she was the only one answering the phone.  So I just decided to keep calling her a few more times just to annoy her.  It worked.  I was thinking about calling it again today and give her a fake card number for payment.

This company calls me daily. I talked to them the first couple of times, and they said I had an unpaid payday loan. I told them I've never had a payday loan, and they just starting asking me questions like they were trying to get enough information to scam me, so I stopped answering the phone when they call.

They called me saying they had a complaint with my name on it. When I called the number no one answered.
