It's a scam - I just called F&M and they told me they're getting pounded with calls.  It's fake, delete that thing.  I've had a few of those things.  Freaking scammers!

I don't have ANY kind of account at Farmers And Merchants Bank, but I keep getting these text messages on my phone:

Text: Your 540313XXXXXXXXXX DebitCard has been BLOCKED.  Call 8885020874 to resolve this issue.

IT'S A SCAM!

Never had an account with Farmers and Merchants Bank but in the past two days I have received 3 text messages stating that my Debit Card has been deactivated or blocked.  

Message one was from mwbyof@fmb.com to call 888-490-4578;
Message two was from betuvl@fmb.com to call 888-502-0874; and
Message three was from ohsyqz@fmb.com to call 888-505-5780.

same message, 3x in past 48 hrs

The unwanted texts asking your to call 888-502-0874, supposedly Farmer and Merchants Bank, saying that your credit card has been suspended is a fraud. If your cell phone is on the Federal "Do not call list" you can report these unsolicited texts at: https://www.donotcall.gov/confirm/Conf.aspx

Your Farmers and Merchant Bank 5403-13xx-xxxx-xxxx DebitCard has been SUSPENDED. To reactivate call 8885347944.
