Really?  We are employees of this outfit?  Now would an employee post what I posted here telling you that this is a scam and giving you directions to Federal and State Agencies?  Now, help has been posted for all to read, take it or leave it.  Nothing more needs to be said.  You posted what you did, then came back and changed the story.  All of that is in black and white on this page.

This thread seems like a lot of the con artist visit to discredit the people they are harassing.
So far only seems to be you who is doing any conning. That statement is typical of the kiddie trolls who come here to try disrupting the threads by fabricating fake stories to bait us into giving them attention.

I’m trying to tell you they are harassing me and looking for help.
That would already be evident from the other posts they harass, but you never said anything  about wanting help until now and the help is already posted, so what help was anyone supposed to know you needed?
How many more times are you going to return to try showing how sincere you are by changing the story each time?

His scammer boss realised he's been caught so now "John" is trying desperately to cover his tracks.

This is typical.  They put up a bait post with incorrect information.  Then when it is pointed out they go on the offensive because they suddenly "can't understand" what the problem is even though it was plainly explained.  Then they talk in circles and accuse us of being "employees".  Same old rhetoric just a different screen name.

I received a call from my manager that I needed to come to his office. My manager let me hear a voicemail from "kat" claiming I was about to be served papers at my job. It's a scam and other employees complained about receiving the same type of call. I was so embarrassed and then I was just plain angry. Please careful.

No need to be embarassed. Let your manager know this is a scam, that REAL process servers don't call in advance. Such calls should be ignored.
