Trying to say there is someone taking my wife to court. Keeps harassing me by calling by cell phone.

Did you at least give your wife the contact info to call back? I got the same call and it was about a civil matter I was not aware of but knew what it stemmed from. You may want to call back and see whats going on.

Why call back scammers. If there was a real court case, then he would have received a letter, or had been served a summons/complaint from a real court, not some fake phone call. If the wife was being sued, why did they call the husband and not her? Answer, because they want to make these people panic and pay them money to get out of the imaginary lawsuit. You sound a lot like one of these scammers trying to sow fear so that people pay you extortion money.

If what you say is true then you know who this caller is. Please tell us their legal name & their physical address. We'll be waiting...probably for a long, long time.

Just received a call too lol .... I used to work collections and it’s illegal to try and scare people to pay... this lady said she will be at my job and residence tomorrow LOL um nope she won’t

These people keep calling for a person I don't even know.  I have the same last name, but have no idea who this person is.  So do they call whoever has the same last name till they find the right one.   I agree with the person above.  If it was a court matter and being sued they don't call you get served.    plus when the person leaves a message you can't even understand the person and what they are saying....what a joke.

They are definitely real. I thought they were a scam as well before they showed up forreal. smh if i could upload pictures i would definitely show you guys. but they are American Credit Financial and are legit. just look them up.
