This person keeps calling saying they need my address to surve me a summon by 4pm that day every time. Tired of recieving these calls!!!!

Same person keeps calling me. Also harassing my father. Says they have tried to physically serve for the last 2 weeks, but I am never home. I am disabled and never not home. Says he is with the National Association of Process Servers, but he is not on their rolls. The court docket # given does not exist.
Had enough. Reporting him to all parties possible.

These people  keep calling and saying they want to summons me to court with the case number. from the research that I've done most people say this is a scam. they have called multiple family members and from what I found out its a collection agency. Beware! !they seem to run under the name CK and associates

Wanting to file suit against this company.  Did anyone ever figure out the true legal name and address for this company?

Yes, CK and Assoc. are the ones. Threatening to put a lien on my house not to mention some of the things he called me. It was horrible. The best thing is to hang up. They are just bill collectors with absolutely no power to hurt you financially. They will lie like you would'nt believe just to get you to settle a debt that they bought from a previous bill collector. There is no court case # except for the one they have in a filing cabinet in their 10 x 10 office they rent. There is absolutely nothing but a bill collector on the other end of the line. NO BANK, NO CHARGE CARD COMPANY, NO COURT CASE#, NO PERSON SERVING YOU PAPERS, NO NOTHING, JUST A BILL COLLECTOR. So don't worry and you can sleep soundly tonight knowing this. The other thing to be on the lookout for is a phone call from "Out of Area " or an 888 number. When you answer it, they will tell you that they are a "Process Service Verification Dispatch".  They will then give you the fictitious case number and then give you the 888-502-2596 number to call the bill collector who is "CK and Assoc."  It is probably the guys girlfriend in the same office. Pretty slick if you ask me. So hold on to your money and have a great day.

Got a call 6/24, looking for family members of a certain individual.  Sounded like a scam.

I MYSELF HAVE BEEN A COLLECTOR AND I WILL BE THE 1ST TO ADMIT, THESE GUYS ARE RUTHLESS BUT I HAVE DONE MY HOMEWORK AND THESE GUYS ARE LEGIT THEY ARE JUST PLAYING A LITTLE ROUGH. THE 1ST THING YOU HAVE TO FIND OUT IF THEY ACTUALLY OWN THE DEBT OR IF THEY ARE WORKING FOR A COMPANY TO COLLECT. IF NEITHER ONE OF THESE QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED THEY ARE A SCAM. I HAVE DONE THE CHAIN OF TITLE AND HAS STOPPED AT FINANCIAL ASSET MANAGEMENT. I JUST CAME ON HERE TRYING TO FIND ANOTHER PHONE NUMBER TO THAT COMPANY AND SO NO ONE HERE REALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING, ANYHOW DONT MEAN ANY OFFENSE JUST BEING HONEST. THEY ARE ON BEHALF OF FINANCIAL ASSET MANAGEMENT. THESE GUYS ARE REAL WAKE UP! I JUST WANT TO SEE IF I CAN DEAL WITH THE OWNERS OF THE ACCOUNT TO GET A SUPER LOW SETTLEMENT SINCE I AM CLEANING MY CREDIT. THE PROBLEM IS THAT I CANT GET A PHONE NUMBER FOR THE OWNERS OF THE DEBT IT SEEMS I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS COLLECTION AGENCY OR LAW FIRM OR WHATEVER THE HELL THEY ARE. FYI SINCE I TOLD THEM I WAS IN THE BUSINESS YEARS AGO THEY HAVE BEEN COOL WITH ME I JUST WANT TO PAY AS LESS AS POSSIBLE. LOL

As you well know, if these lawyers are trying to collect debt.. they must be licensed as a debt collector. Since you have done your research, it might behoove you to post their BBB, website if they have one, and legal verifiable address.

So basically you are a debt collector who admits he doesn't pay his bills? SSSWWEEEET!  You just can't find entertainment like this in a movie theater.

It looks to be a commercial typ building but it is all on one floor.  Usually ste 402 would mean the 4th floor wouldn't it?  And how do you get an A+ rating with 58 complaints, 15 in the last year?  Oh I know $$$$$$$

Exactly Big A.. Its funny how I also didn't have a problem finding that outfit's BBB with multiple phone numbers. There appears to be multiple company's listed under CK and Associates. So which ones would they be hmm?

Ethan Alexander has called multiple times requesting info about a family member. I never answer unknown numbers. My husband did answer, but said he wouldn't give them any info and to never call back. Been calling for months. He didn't even give the same name in the same voicemail.

Two things.
1.  That person clearly posted here in 2014.  Maybe you should explain why you think that he will return after 9 years?
2.  If they contacted you a year ago then you can no longer file a lawsuit because the FDCPA has a 1 year SOL.
