I received a spam message via e-mail, which contained the above number as a contact.
I suspect it was an attempt at the Customer Service Scam, in order to gain access to accounts and/or computer.
Spam message contents were as follows:

Subject: Invoice INV-101001

Thank you for purchasing Bitcoin  through your debit card/credit card. This is an Invoice for
your recent purchase. Your card linked with your PayPal account has been auto-debited for $799.99 and
the next 24 on your A/C statement.
