I have received calls from several different phone numbers claiming to be from trend they are as follows
888 502 5012, 702 827 1585, 800 228 5651, 210 888,0675
These are clearly scammers  claiming to fix a  problem caused by Trend  and offering a refund to your bank account

Obviously a scammer ... barley able to tell what he’s saying but mentions a refund and says press 1 to speak to an executive...

Same here - automated message with "1" to reach "executive" scammer

Did not answer because the name and number seemed strange.

This caller is clearly a scam giving a robotic sounding message about cannot repair computer and wanting to refund money to my bank account.

They left a message claiming their software was not working and asking me to call them back.

We are getting these too and prior to this there was an actual person calling saying the same thing.  I spoke directly with Trend Micro and they said it was a scam and that they never call their customers.
