"Harley Scott" from "Judicial Services" process server scam claiming you will be served documents. Call was intended for someone else and is a scam call

They called and left a message that there is a complaint filed against me and the papers will be served to my residence in 48 hours.

Received a call from woman stating she was calling from the investigative dept at judicial services and that I was going to be served with a certified document that needed my signature.  If I had questions I could call the plaintiff directly at 888-502-5817.  As someone who worked in the legal field for many years,  I know people who are being sued DO NOT receive a phone call prior to service or you'll never get them served.  Total scam.

About papers being served & will take pictures of my house about a complaint from CITI Bank (which I have no acct with Citi Bank)

They called giving company name “Sunrise Asset Group” saying I have 48 hrs to pay debt from 2016 or there will be criminal and civil subpoena lol COMPLETE SCAM

I received a text from this number stating my name with the incorrect last 4 digits of my social.  Claiming they will send an officer out to process me with an affidavit along with a property / vehicle appraisal for seizure and I should call with any questions. It also says a case number which doesnt exist and to have 2 forms of ID when they come

Called several different times to include family members, right and and last 4 saying they were coming to appraise our house and two vehicles for something that "looks like it's from a lawyer's office"

this is what the caller left on my phone:  "Hi this message is for Shannon (Stroud), (not my name not even close, I got divorces in 2012 and legally changed my name back to my maiden name.) this is Miss Sawyer calling with the Mitchell County department.  I'm just letting you know we received some legal paperwork from the attorney got lost, someone return them to final shoot we just have to get the papers out to you next week we will send an officer out with the papers on specifically an affidavit of service and needs to be signed and notarized and submit i t back to the firm file it will court you'll be issued a court date via mail any questions or concerns about the loss of being filed you can contact the attorneys office directly 888-502-5817 doc number is 335078-25 have a great day bye-bye...."  None of it makes since and I live in Mitchell county and got a hold of our police and our Court house.  They said there has been so many scams.

Received a call from womanKim Carter and also impersonated her voice as Melanie Davis stating she was calling from the investigative dept at judicial services and that I was going to be served with a certified document that needed my signature.  Said I owed $2400 from 2021 and was trying to make me pay $700 with my credit card to avoid being served. They had my personal information and also called a relative trying to reach me. Ms Carter said I would be served at my residence or work if I didn’t make a payment now and had 48 hours.
