If you have a TWC account, call customer service (numbers vary based on service area), go as directly to an operator as possible, and have them set your account to 'private.'  This should stop you from receiving any further marketing notifications or calls.

Note: You will still get notifications if there are any problems with your account, or if you're using a promotion that's about to expire.

(I'm a TWC customer, and just went through all the customer service rep's scripts before I found this solution.)

Oh-Dee, Thanks for that info.  I just called TW and they did "nicely" put me on the "Private Account List."  I hope it works as the Gov't "Do Not Call Registry" doesn't seem to have ever helped get rid of all the voluminous amount of call.
