Had a message from Bob Edwards, saying to call back his direct line. Said it was a promotion in Las Vegas Tropicana for my business!

I just got a call at 7:20am this morning 11-12-2015 from a guy named Bob Edwards regarding a first come serve promotion with the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas for my MR. MAGIC HANDS MASSAGE  business and sending traffic to my business. I screen my calls especially if it's an 800 number - so I let my answering machine take the call.  He left his number for me to call him at 1-800-966-5860. Keep dreaming buddy! Good thing I search the number he left and found him to be a scam artist.

Just got a call this January so scam is still happening!

We also got a phone call with a first come first serve deal offering to pass business our way.
We make fire pits in Ontario. Weird.
This has been going on for a while!

"Adam Johnson" left a message at 7:30am on our business line (Framing company), saying he had an "exclusive offer" for us with Tropicana Hotel and Resorts in Las Vegas. Something about sending traffic to our area, which seems a little weird, something is smelling...

"Adam Johnson" called my office at 8:00 p.m. and at 8:10 p.m.  I was there working and picked up the call.  It is a recorded message.  He said I could make lots of money if I call him back.  Also referred to the Tropicana in Las Vegas.  Left 888-503-5094 as a number to call back.

Yep, Bob Edwards called me about a weight loss promotion at the Tropicana that will draw a lot of customers to Herbalife.  It was about 6:30pm.

Bob Edwards and the Tropicana are sure making their rounds; love 800notes.com for confirming my suspicions!  The message was left on our company answering machine over night; first come first respond etc; bring business to us etc; since we are a construction company in Canada we knew something was up.

We had the same thing on our answering machine, and we are a lab. in Canada

Called my insurance business at 7:19pm.  "Mr. Edwards" left message-They have a great marketing promotion exclusively for my business in my area (in WI) through the Tropican Hotel in Las Vegas, blah, blah, blah......  Get a CLUE you ball less, ass wipes from 888-503-5094.  Your message makes it CLEAR that you KNOW NOTHING about marketing for an independent insurance agency.  Obviously, you are an unethical, illegitimate, person/company trying to scam hard working honest people out of $$$.  Rot in HELL.

Mine was from Trevor Nelson, for a Day Spa promotion at the Tropicana Las Vegas or something like that. Something exclusive.

Got a message from Jerry Barber saying he needs furniture for the Tropicana in Vegas and the Caribbean.  Called at 10 PM our time.  Not happy

Bob Edwards seems to be a busy guy! Lol! He called me at 8:30pm, left a vm stating he wanted to partner with me for a promotion towards resorts in Cancun, Jamaica and the Carribean. Said it's exclusive and will bring in a lot of new customers. I felt it to be BS so googled the number and seen this thread from 2015, so he's been pulling this scam for years now. Which means unfortunately some people are biting.
Don't fall for this! No one that's legit calls at this time and doesn't mention a company name.

Received a call at work from Jerry Barber wanting to do a cross promo with the Tropicana in Las Vegas.  He left the 800-966-5860 number for me to return his call... Very fishy!
