Every Month I have to call somebody to take a charge off my bill!  Now it's Zero Plus Dialing and after being on hold for 30 minutes they told me they weren't zero plus dialing and was going to put me through to a supervisor and HUNG UP ON ME!

I've been charged every month by this Zero plus dialing.  I don't even know who they are.  What should I do? If I call ATT they will just tell me to contact them.
