A computerized voicemail on my cell from this number claimed to be United Healthcare (health insurance) "with a few quick but important questions."  I am listing it as a Survey call because I do not owe them any money.

"Quick and important" questions from United Healthcare so they know what they are doing well and what they need to improve on. They called twice within an hour and left no message. I called back and was unable to reach anyone but took the survey and took about 4 minutes.

Sounded like a generic survey for multiple healthcare providers.

It's United Healthcare, all right, but I have no idea why they're calling me, as my company was bought early last year and we all switched to Blue Cross/Blue Shield at that time.  I have no relationship with United Healthcare anymore.

I just got a call from this number faking to be my employer.  It stated my name and the company I supposedly work for which was incorrect.  DO NOT ANSWER AND SIMPLY HANG UP!
