called with a case number and to notify other family or friends of myself  for which i have NO knowledge of what THE HELL they are talking about SCAM, SCAM, SCAM ,SCAM

Scam, said they were looking for me as I'm defendant and had case number. I'm not defendant in anything. They are impersonating law enforcement and I'm reporting it to attorney general, FBI and FTC

Same just happened to me and I am mot a defendent in any case I am always checking my credit report and court records so this is just a bunch of crap and a huge SCAM SCAM SCAM

I receive calls from two different numbers trying to tell me the same thing. I told them I receive no validation of the debt and until I do I would not pay nothing. They said a letter within 30 days ago and I did not receive. They are wanting you to pay over the phone with no validation. again I said I received no letter and he said is that a refusal to pay I said no send another letter with the validation of debt. The are refusing to send another validation of debt. They told me they are turning it over to the civil court and I should receive something in the mail or be served with papers within 7 to 10 days.

Called asking for someone i do not know, and then told me that i am in a case they are involved with, and threatened leagle action, told me i could get my name off the docket by paying to talk to a senior litigator, and paying 75 to hundred dollars , quted my ssn, also said my brothers names as involve, as well as more peope with our last name with whom no relation .i told him he was full of [***], and to stop calling me,, i called the cops,because i am thinking my ssn has been stolen  and i also called police,

i got the same call, but the message said looking for Jason H i get a bunch of calls for jason but ive had this number since 2008

It's a scam.
