it's Humana Insurance.  Probably calling to followup on a recent medical claim.

multiple calls caller id says 800Service. Humana - thats curious!i

Received a call from 1-888-512-3436.  Caller ID WAS '800 Service'.  Left message saying it's Humana and leaving a number to refer to when I call back.  Says if they don't hear from me they'll call back.  Probably the group that wants to come to your home and 'help' with your meds, etc.  I told them before 'no thanks'. Blocked.  If Humana wants to call, use a Humana Caller ID.  My profile says to email me if need to communicate with me.

We suspected a scam, so phoned Humana Provider Service number on our Humana card.  They said it was a legitimate phone number they use to gather survey feedback regarding recent visit to a doctor.  Survey is optional.

Have many calls and even letters to wanting to help with any to discuss so they can guide me in the right direction, also wants to come to me home with a nurse practioner. What is the motive.? All info can be obtained from my doctor.I said no thanks but they still call.  Anyone out there experienced same

Bewildered:  I believe that the home care medical service is provided by Matrix.  Here's a couple of other numbers I've blocked for them.  These are from my call list that I've noted about every call I've received.

1-800-579-4916 is Humana.  CID shows 800 Service  Matrix?  Their home care provider.
1-937-662-9036  11/6/14  Humana             Humana's Matrix Svcs  Come to your house to check you and meds????
Even though I've said no thanks, like you did, they continue to call.  I just block those numbers.  I haven't had any complaints from Humana thus far.

I balked when they asked for my full date of birth (month, day and four digit year).  Good way to have your identity stolen.  I do not answer any number listing itself as 800 Service.

This 888-512-3436   keeps calling my home, even after I went on Humana site, and opt-out of phone calls.  Besides, Caller ID said Toll Free Call, and not Humana.  It use to be, the more medical info an insurance company can find about you, they can deny service for "pre-existing" disorders and conditions.  I am a retired RN, and that is the ONLY reason I can think they would want to come to your home.  I do NOT need an unknown doctor or NP or PA, to put their nose into my medical concerns.  My doctor and I manage my medical care just fine.  Humana better back off, of I can see a Class Action lawsuit for harassing phone calls.  Even after checking the OPT-OUT for phone calls, and verbally telling them twice, they still try to push the Home “Well Visit”.  I requested everything in writing, and thus far received one letter offering this “Well Visit”, and that letter stated I could say no.  I am blocking this number.

You can check the documentation of your phone and service provider for blocking options and block the number.

didn't answer; left message saying hello hello this is Humana calling MY NAME; told me to call back with 9 digit access code as soon as I can.  If I don't call back, they will call me.  If I want to be on a do not call list, call number on the back of my Humana card!

I like Humana. And this is part of their follow up program.I have lung disease and the follow-ups keep them aware of how I am doing and what to recommend. They inquired about my flu shot and recommended a test for colon cancer and are sending a kit in the mail. I have a pretty severe medical condition and their follow-up service has made a difference.

Received a call from this number and a voice message was left. Asked me to return the call and reference a seven (7) digit unique code.  I called back and recording said hello, thanks for returning our call but do not recognize the phone # you're calling from.
