- Resident47Never let bullies on the phone confuse extortion with debt collection. Honest debt collectors do not typically send their claims straight to a judge, and they don't take your ransom money to broker quick deals with so-called "process servers". There are no secretive "arbitrators", "assessment specialists", "detectives", "investigators", "mediators", or "prelitigation specialists". They are sweaty double-talking criminals with a script full of coercive remarks. Lawful debt collection is a process, not an ambush, and you are due a chance at each stage to raise a dispute. The agents' horrid threats are empty and their conduct is illegal. Do not reward lawbreakers with your money. Challenge them always, sue them if you can.

- JasonHey David Jenkins (888-512-5897). . Been receiving your calls for a while now. Still waiting for my court date.. ....??? Anywase this scammer keeps calling me, he obviously doesn't know how our legal system works. I actually tried tracking him down, I'm retired with nothing but time. I was able to talk to one rude bi_ch who refused to give me a mailing address. Then I asked her where I live?? She didn't know. So I asked her how they were going to take me to court, she just wanted $300 to resolve the issue.. If you want a good laugh, just research the doc number they give you.

- MoThey switched names. He was calling as John Stratton until the real John Stratton put a warning up about this scam on his legal website. They were previously using call back number of 888-259-2437. This scam has been going on for over a year with this boyfriend/girlfriend duo. The real David Jenkins who does arbitration cases has been notified that they are using his name to scam. Really wish they would catch these crooks. If they call you, tell them the real David Jenkins and FBI are aware of this and you know they previously used John Stratton and John Spencer names before moving onto a new name.

- Anonymous in VermontWe received a call from "David Jenkins" from "Process Mediation" saying we were subjects of a "property complaint" and litigation would ensue unless we called the 888-512-5897 number within 48 hrs. In fact, *69 reported the number as 302-289-7819. Sounded pre-recorded; he did not address us by name.
