This company called to solicit a lower credit card rate on my cards, and would not provide any more information.  When I called the number back, no one would answer, and there is no way to leave a message.  I called during business hours and no one would answer.
They were extremely agressive and would not answer my questions adequetely. They said that I could not call back and get the same deal later.  I ended up saying no and hanging up.  We also have do not call and no solitication on our phone, so I wasn't very happy that they got through in the first place.

This Company called to solicit a lower credit card rate on my cards and what ever you have to pay in seven years, you pay it out in three years. When I called back this number and was placed on hold, a Representive ansewered and said that the person that called was supposed to call at 5:30pm the following day. He Acknowlged after I had tolled him like it was a normal routine. I tolled him I received a lot of information over the internet on his number. He sound a bit nervous But didn't Acknowledge anything. I wouldn't trust these people at all. They sound very non perfessional.

I just got a call from "Teresa" a representative of One Source Management offering to lower the interest rate on one of my credit cards from its current rate to 6.69%. She said she based it on my good credit history yet she turned around and asked me if I was current on my payments. This was an indication to me that she in fact was a telemarketer trying to get something from me. I asked her for her name again and her phone number and she gave me the one listed above. I called back and of course I got a recording telling me they were closed for lunch and to call back later. I am on the Do Not Call list but this call repeatedly comes through at least once a week and this time around I did not get hung up on when I started to ask questions. Beware, there is no such thing as something for nothing and I am sure there is a fee associated with this and no inkling of reducing my credit card interest rate, which by the way, can only be done by the granting financial institution since a credit card is a contractual agreement between two parties, not a bank, you and the telemarketing company.

I came across this page trying to find another phone number for One Source. I disagree with most of you, who are stating this company is a scam. I have been in a contact with them for 6 months, and they have helped show me how to pay off my debts faster & worked on all of my accounts. They gave a money back guarantee and told me that if they couldn't save me $2000 they would refund my money. I was a bit skeptical at first, but now realize that not all companies are "scams", sometimes you just have to give them a chance. It took them between 60-90 days to show me that savings, and up to date they've saved me over $3300.

I am with this company now, and maybe you weren't calling between the business hours. They are open 10-6 PACIFIC time. I had this problem at first too, and thought they weren't taking my calls. Turns out the hours were just off from my time zone.

I read alot of things on the internet and most negatives I read are just with unhappy people.  I have been with this company for 8 months and I am very satisfied - they helped me out tremendously. I was in over my head with credit card debt, the interest was killing me and this company not only showed me and helped me get my rates lowered, my payments went down, and I got a new payment plan tailored that fit my budget so I know exactly what i need to pay each month.  I have cut 12 years off my payments and over the course of the plan my total savings will be over $28 tousand dollars!!! Not exactly a scam company - they really do what they say they can do.  Now, my sister also signed up with them, and unfortunetly because of her missed payments, they couldn't help her at the time, so they refunded her money  back.  The main thing is everyone needs to make sure to fill out those forms they send, the ball is in your court to get everything started.

I received a flyer in the mail from One Source Management, after reading I decided to give them a call to see what they might be able to help me with.  And yes there is a fee associated with there service, but why wouldn't there be? Do you see any companies these days working for free?  That comment that CRuiz bothered me as a business owner myself.  For some reason everyone seems to want everything for free today.  And CRuiz is incorrect about how the interest rates can be reduced, as I gave this company a shot, not knowing much about them, they turned out to be the real deal and helped me with my rates being reduced.  I know there are companies out there that  try to rip people off, my I am from personal experience, a sincere advocate for this company - there were great with me and should not be placed in the same category as the "bad ones" out there.

Don't do business with this "company". After calling and receiving my information, they withdrew $998.00 from my account, as well as trying to raise my credit limit without notification/permission. After calling to try and get the $998.00 back from them, I found that they tried to resubmit for ANOTHER $998.00. My credit company are changing all account numbers, as well as trying to get the money back that they took. A complete hassle.

Actually, they claim to be out of Arizona, making them Mountain Standard Time. When I called them at around 1 PM (EST) -- making it 11 AM in Arizona, I got the same recorded message that I've gotten from calling...at any time of the day. Perhaps you're right and the majority are wrong, and they just leave for lunch early every day? And then don't come back...ever.

I'm on a do not call list, but have received 2 calls from these SOBs.  Each time I made clear--in language I won't repeat here--that  I was not to be called.  I'm about to report them to the FTC or whoever it is responsible to put these crooks behind bars.

Here some info that will help everyone out. First of all consumer law says authorized or not any  charges on you bank account or credit cards can be disputed because of false promise, misleading sales practices etc... By law if you ask for a refund withing 30 days of purchase they have to give you your money back.

If you have any questions feel free to call me @ 8665824592.

I received this same call and fell for it. Right after I hung up I decided to look on the Internet and found this site. Now I am very upset with myself. I called right back and they said I could not get out of it the could not cancel it. So I threatened them with calling the police and reporting a scam. the man said he'd have someone call me right back. I have yet to hear from them. How do I go about asking for my refund within 30 days of purchase???

I received a call from one source telling me about getting credit card
finance charges cut. I told them I didn't need their help.  They were very
aggressive and told me that they had already called one card co. and got
information that they needed. How did they get my card no. and how much
I owed them and all?  My bank said they would record my conversation and
put together words that sounded like I gave them the go ahead.  They put
$998.00 dollars on my credit card.

I was foolish.  I did not take the phone off the hook so they could not
    call back.

The same as above except I work for a bank & I am a cc collector & when I told the "acct manager" that & that lots of what I had just heard was wrong, she got snippy with me. I told her that a lot of what she was saying wasn't true & that I could lower my rates my self I certainly didn't need to pay them to do that. And also that my FICO score was excellent &  it would affect my credit to have a 3rd party involved even though she had just said it wouldn't.  She said I (oh lucky me) qualified for a "free" intro packet & it would be sent by mail. I asked again what the cost was as I was sure they weren't doing this out of the goodness of their hearts & she got really aggressive with me--I asked her not to speak to me that way & that I resented the entire conversation & she hung up.  I got back to work & told my supervisor who was just as upset as I was as we know a bit about this but lots of people don't & if they are in a bind it sounds like a great way out & this really scares us! They ask for information that is private but they will not tell you why & it is much later that the co. name  is told to you.  Stay away!

I did receive a 65 minute call. It was very aggressive and quite knowledgeable. I got 3 people, from a qualifier to a registrar to... They all promised me a verbal contract which was recorded and to which I would have access after our conversation, by entering a 5 digit code. Of course, this was after paying - on a credit card - the $998.99 to start the service.
I would receive paperwork in 10 days. Well, I finally balked off and although I had already given one of my credit cards info, I did not approve the charge. I will now call my credit card and ask them to block any such charge if passed through...

I myself am in the banking industry, and my sister signed up with this company.  When she first told me about it I was very sceptical, but after seeing what this company did for her, I was actually pleasantly surprised.  FYI to all the folks out there, there are good companies in this industry, just do some proper dudiligence before ordering anything.  I am not one to place orders over the phone, and I told my sister to never do that again, but in this case she did get lucky with someone good on the other line. This One Source company is good in my books.
