- Bo Baught| 2 repliesEven if there was a legitimate debt out there somewhere with my name on it, this entire message violates FDCPA. A lawsuit against whichever company is using this robomessage would have them out of business. They’re making a huge mistake with this one.

- BigA replies to Bo BaughtIn order to sue you are going to need two things. First you are going to need the full company name. Second you need the company address. I doubt that a single lawsuit would "have them out of business".

- StephanieGot this pre recorded "we're gonna sure you and serve you at work" bs message. I called and asked who is good and what's this about? A bitchy chick named "Delia" said she is with WDS and they're getting to reach me. I asked her what WDS stands for and she giggled and said "nothing. It stands for nothing". I asked her so why are you calling me with an illegal in Texas collection tactic from a company with no name? She said "I already told you we're trying to reach you." I let out a few swear words, laughed at her, and told her to remove my number. I've reported them to the Texas OAG.

I can see how they get older people or even just people who don't know its a scam to give them money. I hate these type of mofos and they're doing it right before Christmas? Wtf man

Criminals can't arrest you and there are no papers. This is a phony debt scam.
