Even if there was a legitimate debt out there somewhere with my name on it, this entire message violates FDCPA. A lawsuit against whichever company is using this robomessage would have them out of business. They’re making a huge mistake with this one.

I have had several calls from this no. and when i was promted to press #1 to speak to someone the lady was very rude and insisted on calling back when i told her the person she wanted to talk to wasn't available and then she hung up on me.

In order to sue you are going to need two things.  First you are going to need the full company name.  Second you need the company address.  I doubt that a single lawsuit would "have them out of business".

Got called from a 559 area code. Yet the message said to call a 888 number. Very suspicious.

Got this pre recorded "we're gonna sure you and serve you at work" bs message. I called and asked who is good and what's this about? A bitchy chick named "Delia" said she is with WDS and they're getting to reach me. I asked her what WDS stands for and she giggled and said "nothing. It stands for nothing". I asked her so why are you calling me with an illegal in Texas collection tactic from a company with no name? She said "I already told you we're trying to reach you." I let out a few swear words, laughed at her, and told her to remove my number.  I've reported them to the Texas OAG.

I got this very same message today 12/22/21. It sounds so professional and thorough but I knew it was a scam because I have seen stories about this scam going around. I can see how they get older people or even just people who don't know its a scam to give them money. I hate these type of mofos and they're doing it right before Christmas? Wtf man

I got this same exact message.  I called back and actually knew my name.  As I asked questions he hung up on me.

I got the same exact message. I did not call back. I googled the number to see if it's a fraudulent number and so it is.  People have nothing else do what their time but harass people.SMDH!

First I'm 63 and have not been in school since 1976.
This J-hole called me 7 time's in one day. Saying that I owe for a school loans.
Calls every day.  And since I have not answered the phone or called them back, they are going to file court papers and take my money from my job and have the sheriff come and arrest me.
They started calling me back in August or September.

Got the same type of call on 12/21 but from Hanford, CA 559-530-0526, they don't say who they are or who they're calling for.
