I received a call from this number saying they were a service processor for my county. They had my name and last 4 of ss# and the county I live in. They gave a docket number but I've read things about these just being fake to make not sound real. I keep things pretty clean and can't imagine what this would be so I'm wondering about a scam.....I called the number from a random phone and no business was named, just some other person's name

The caller called from a Restricted number. They left a voicemail stating that a process server from my county's "legal division" tried to serve papers to me at my address between 8 and 10 A.M. this morning. They also left a docket number and stated that I would be in "non-compliance" if I didn't return the call by tomorrow. I blocked my number and called them back. The man that answered did not give a company name, even when I asked for one. I gave him my name and he told me my D.O.B. and SS# and I verified them both. He transferred me to an "attorney" that was supposedly handling my case. I immediately recognized the "attorney's" voice from the voicemail that they left. In the voicemail his name was David Adams. Now he's claiming that his name is Dr. Weinstein. He claimed that a credit union that I've not used in over a decade has a case against me for check fraud. His story fell apart when I told him that I recognized his voice as David Adams from the voicemail. They claimed to have a docket number for the case, but when I told him I needed to call the court house to verify the docket number he said it hasn't been filed yet. You can't have a docket number if the case hasn't been filed. I confronted him about the claim that they tried to serve papers to me at my home address between 8 and 10 A.M. this morning. I have cameras at both corners of the front of my house and a video doorbell. All three devices have motion sensors that automatically record for 60 seconds whenever motion is detected. None of the cameras show anybody at my door at during those hours. The "attorney" said that they did try to serve papers this morning, but this time he stated my mother's address. In the voicemail he stated my home address. I talked to my mother around noon today and she never mentioned anything about process servers at her house this morning. She has a video doorbell, too. No process servers recorded on its event history. At this point, I tell the "attorney" that I am calling my county's court house to verify this docket number, and if it's legit I told him I'd call him back and go from there. I wish there was a way to prosecute these people for impersonating attorneys and officers of the court.

Received a call from this number stating they planned to arrest my wife.  My husband said have at her....scam scam scam

Just received the -exact- same call. Refused to give me any information; and transferred me to a 'Weinstein' Attorney as well.

Just got a voice mail from this number from a Nicole Adam's starting the same things about the county, but this was for my son. I wont be calling these scammers back!

Just hung up with this phone number.  The man would not give me an address.  Said they had bomb threats and it wasn't a good business idea.  Told me I can't file bankruptcy on a "check fraud".  I asked him for the address of who my attorney should send my bankruptcy notice to (not filing bankruptcy) he said "good luck and happy holidays".  He said he was from Hicks Solutions
