Called telling me I owed a payday loan I paid off last year. I’ve got bank statements to the people I paid it to which I looked them up there a legit company.

Called said I had a claim against me they need my home and work info to serve me with paperwork and said to call them today. Even called my brother looking for me he said they called my sister in law telling her the same thing that she had a claim against her. This is definitely a scam. blocked the number.

They are doing the same thing to me calling my husband and brother law.  I'm trying to Google and find out what this is

sounds like a young men calling me and my daughter saying they have some kind of charges on her and we need to give him our address and wk info.  He calls our phones 4 times in 5 min period. Really insisting and pushing for information. please continue to report him.

Keep calling for someone that doesn't have this number. I have repeatedly told them, yet they call every hour, 3 times, back to back, with one voicemail being left. I blocked them, just getting annoyed with the every our voicemails.

Couldn't understand the company's name in the voice mail but she said "There are charges against you and you've been served". Except I don't know the person whose name she said, and I've had this landline phone number for 12 years!  So either they're desperate to find that person and calling really old numbers or it's just another scam of some sort...

called me saying some guy named Dion put my name and number down as contact.  Told him I knew no one by that name and he was insistent that i give him my address so he could serve some person i didn't know with papers.  I told him he was a scammer and to never call my number again!!!  He called back 2 more times and  i repeated for him to not call.  Today I get home from work and he left a message for this guy, "dion" with a claim number, etc and that he has now been notified, and to call this 888 number.  The number he called me from was different.    What a scammer!   I'm notifying the Attorney General's office.  So tired of these scam phone operators!!!

Stating bal due on cell phone. Verified address. Told him to send something in writing. Stated field person would deliver documents. Wanted credit card info! Told him to serve me

Callimg my 80+ year old mother harrassing her about a debt that is not hers. Have asked them to leave her alone but this fails. Will call congresswoman and news id they don't stop elder harassment

Received a voicemail from a 304-362 number that told me I had an outstanding balance for a cellphone and it needed paid that day or I was going to be taken to court. Have yet to receive any court papers if I was being taken to court or any legal documentation. Every time I was called it was a different number and the 888-514-6617 called me and he said his name was Mike and that I needed to pay 211 dollars that day or he was proceeding with court papers. Such a scam kept hanging up on me when I caught them in a lie
