I have received several of these calls and when I answer there is nobody there.

all I can say is when I see an unidentified # I just don't answer.

don't answer if you have caller ID. Don't answer any number that has no ID. if you don't have Caller ID,  then hang up if no one says anything within a '2 seconds' - if its a friend they will call right back....

I don't answer the phone, I let answer machine get it. It will hang up befor my message plays through. however, 888-518-0184 is displayed on caller ID

Oh, I thought I was sending an actual report to someone who would eventually do something about all the people being bothered by the caller of this number...

just called, there was no one there.Called back the number they want to do some short survey on environmental something. I hung up on that.

just got a call on first line, did not pick up to answer.  did not leave a message and call back again, and got forward to 2nd line, answered the call, and some lady said " OMG"

Silence and static for a few seconds.  Then the caller stated he was from an internet search engine company calling to verify our "free" listing.  Not sure if legit or not as I hung up without responding.

Rang through to voice mail. Left 3 seconds of silence then hungup.

Wanted to talk with the owner of a web domain I manage. When I asked who was calling, they hung up.

Called, let it ring four times and they hung up before it could go to voice mail.

This number called me today and when I answered no one said anything on the other side.

Number called me yesterday, a woman asked if this was "Acme" (I own "acme.com" but the site is not yet developed) and the woman said she was calling to make sure my listing for Acme.com was correct.  I told her that we have no listing and she said "yes you do", and I said "no I do not, and take me off your list".  She hung up.

Hey! Thanks for the Acme.com detail. I wonder if they're only looking to scoop up prime domains. All I got was a hangup on my GoogleVoiceMail

888-518-0184 Keeps calling, leaves no message

Just got a call from this number also, they hung up on the answering machine. Caller ID just says "Unavailable" so I don't know who it is, but if its about domains, I don't own any and will report them to the Do Not Call Lists, and hope others do the same.

I have been getting this call for two days now, calling several times each day and not leaving a message. I own domains with GoDaddy, and I know they like to call to try for the upsell, but they are usually polite, not like what's been reported.

They've been calling for days, never leave a message. I never answer.

Now they are calling here twice a day, still not leaving messages on the machine. I tried answering one of the calls and was instantly hung up on.
I'm Reporting them to the federal and state Do Not Call lists.

That is the same message I received when I called them back.  They said since we didn't answer the phone they've gone onto another caller to complete the survey.  I thought that was the end of it, but they've been calling a couple of times a day since then.  I've answered twice and no one answered so I immediately hung up.  Calls just started this week. Do they ever stop?
