This number called three times in one day.  My robo-blocker blocked it. I'm sure it's spam

Said they were with our local Fire Company.  We had just received our local Fire Company's donation form in the mail today.  Since this seemed strange since they've never called us before I asked what State they were with, they hung up.

Called my home phone three times before noon, not answered, no message left.  Suspect scam/spam.

Asked for Rodney, told them it was a wrong number. They went on to explain they were with the local fire fighter's fund. I hung up.  They call multiple times a week from different numbers each time.

I answered the phone they asked for Ryan. I said no my phone says spam so I said are you spamming us or scamming us. All I heard after that was heavy breathing.

They called asking for donations,  he said he was from the fire department . I tried to interrupt him but he kept on talking,  I told him that we were in the middle of our dinner,  he said he'll call back

They called and when I said hello, the guy on the phone said "Nancy?"  I ask who was calling and he hung up.

Call exactly at 7:00 pm. "Travis" asked  for member of household by first name. I said no. He had similar format of dialogue/weak humor as the police officer's fund call. Said it was family dinner hour. He would call back!

Answered call.  Waited for a voice, no voice so I hung up.

Caller ID said an 800 number was calling. I picked up the phone and said nothing - just listened. After about 8 seconds the call disconnected.

Only rang 3 times, no message, blocked.

Calls everyday, multiple times per day.  Used to answer but I don’t anymore.  Obvious scam trying to collect money for “local” fire department.  Can’t give the name of fire department.

Call came in at 805am.  Shows this number but the caller was marked NOT PROVIDED.  After a slight pause, male voice asks for me by name.  I repeated my "hello" because I know better than to say yes.  Another slight pause and then "This is Travis fro Fire & EMS ........". That's as far as I let him get.  These types of organizations give as little as 10 cents for every dollar.

Left me a voice mail indicating some transactions that may be fraud and I should call them back asap. It’s a scam. I have alerts for EVERYTHING. If I had a sketchy transaction I wouldn’t be called by some loser not identifying themselves.
