- DavidFake fire fighter donation scam, They call you by your name and then say Oh its good you answered. I was was about to turn my answering machine on. Then I ask why you need to turn your answering machine on for if you call me. Its the other way around. This is a YES scam call that's why they want to record you and get your CC # and just wipe you out. Total crooks and drug addicts .

- Me replies to Jim WIt was probably a robot or computer recording. That's why it kept talking. Some of these are pretty slick, you can't tell at first if it is a real human or a robot. Welcome to the future.
