Didnt answer and no message left.

Got a call the other day as well. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a mssg.

So I got this call today from 888-524-1283 and they said that I had shopped at one of their partnering stores and they had a $100 Visa voucher for me that I could spend at Walmart Home Depot any of their participating stores when I asked what it's going to cost me they said 495 and I asked what company they worked for who they are affiliated with and what they were called she said the name a couple times I asked and I kept asking her to repeat it because she kept saying it so fast and I couldn't understand I asked her to spell it and she thought it very fast I asked her for the phone number for the Walmart number I could call to make sure that they partnered with this company and she said well we'll call back another day we'll call back another day and hung up. It seems kind of fishy to me and my husband I really want to call Walmart just to find out I'll keep you posted...

Recently, I had a couple visa gift cards and called the 800 number on back of card to check the balance. Now, I’ve been getting calls from this number but I dont answer and they don’t leave mssge.

My visa gift card is saying that my security code is wrong when its right there on the card.

Called (888) 524-1283 back. THEY ONLY STATED via Robo voice wanting a 16 digit card # & 3 digit security code . NO COMPANY NAME STATED ,NO OPTION TO speak to live person. Tried several # combinations none worked .

I went shopping in my receipt it said I have $64 left but I called the number and it says I says I don't know so I'm asking you

Worst service ever. Getting calls because I requested a replacement for my gift card. Emailed them information (copy of gift card) and now they want a copy of my license or another photo id to get a replacement, told them no. Spent over 3 months trying to get a replacement card. Talked to customer service several times & constantly emailed. Even filed a complaint with the BBB and still nothing. This company (Simon Gift Card Mall) is so petty, it is ridiculous and the gift card is not a large amount ($25). . They just refuse to send a replacement. Never seen a company willing to use all their resources not to send a gift card. I'm sure it has cost them more than the amount of the gift card in employee salaries, maybe that it how they make a profit. Don't ever purchase gift cards from them, you will never get your money. I would be skeptical of a call from this number unless you have contacted them before.

Gift Card that said $100 on outside packaging. I tried paying for something online. I tried to take picture and the CV code would not work. Website for card www.giftcardmall.com/mygift or call 888-524-1283. I called and computer said to take picture of "code" and none of the codes on back matched. "Issued by Pathward N.A." "Distributed  and Serviced by Blackhawk Network California Inc."
After calling I received a strange text message I didn't know if should open. It was a long paragraph of letters and numbers. I saw "DBC" at the beginning of the numbers and opened text. Just more numbers and letters. A week later noticed call from the phone number. My phone forwarded to voicemail and no voicemail was left. The card has so many codes and numbers it looks weird. It also feels strange. It feels light and flimsy. The numbers and date are lightly raised. It looks generic and tacky. Magnetic strip doesn't feel real. It looks like the card is designed to capture info.

I have no idea how a "gift card" could "capture info".  Maybe you could explain that?  The website has been up since 1999 and the registered address is in California but the address on the website in in Nevada.  Did you follow all the directions for registering the card and reading the FAQ's about how to use it?  Did you purchase that card directly from the website or did someone cold call you?

On April 30th 2026 at 12am, i called to check my balance having 14.58 left then 12 hours later this number +1 434 833 9911 called me, i let it ring. Today May 5th 2026 i wanted to buy something and got a message saying i didn't have money left so i called 888 524 1283 again but this time is different they wanted card information and zip code and said i put the wrong info in so i checked the website for my balance and saw that 14.50 was spent, no location or store name just a name "cryptcore.mys". I never called for a human rep because i don't trust them.
