I am just trying to make sure that this phone number is legit. They are calling saying i owe money to bank of america from six years ago. I received a text from them right before they called.

Got the same call . Wife works in the same building as FBI . When I told them this they said they would immediately cease and desist ! We are turning info over to the FBI . “Do not give your SSN “

They called me about my brother today, and told me that he put me down as a emergency contact, and that's a lie. Also he got mad when i started to ask qoustions.

I got the same call today. I didnt answer the phone but the message asked for my ex husband by name. We have been divorced for 27 years and have a different phone number

Initially, I received a call from 270-238-5789. A lady left a voicemail for me to call 888-524-7065. She stated her name is Catherine James. I called the 888 number and asked for Ms James. I was told she works for their 3rd party company, Civil Location Services. "Michelle" gets upset with me when I refuse to verify my birth date. When I ask her for her birth date, she throws out 12-23-78 and asks what I am going to do with it then hangs up on me. I call her back and ask her why she is so angry and she says I am wasting her time. I ask her if she likes her job and she hangs up again. I may call back everyday now, just for fun.

Same thing. Just got called from 661 number saying to call 1888 # that I am being sued and they sent documents to my home address but it was returned undeliverable. Uhhh, bs. Nothing of mine gets sent back. I asked who was suing me as I owe nobody anything. She said she wasnt obligated to tell me and that theres a civil class action lawsuit against me already filed and I'd I do not call the 1888 number they'll proceed to get judgment without me. I told her have fun with that. I used to be a paralegal and know the law. You have to be served lol. I'd say scam.

I am tired of receiving calls from numbers I am not familiar with.

Nicole Bates called from (972)371-0414 and left a message for my daughter who's last name has been changed for a long time. She said to call (888) 524-7065 and provide the case number ###-##### to get more info. She has called twice now so I called the number and they said they would take my number off of the list. We'll see what happens.

called me and said that I owe a very large amount of money to wells fargo from over 10 years ago.. Said that I will be surved soon to go to court over it.. I have never had a wells fargo account and the county they said I would have to go to court isn't my county..

Thank you for doing this I am sick and tired of these phone calls I've never ever bank with the bank they're saying, at least someone's on top of it I'm not going to answer I'm not going to believe you're going to serve also stated can snd will serve mr at work and we know your home address so we can serve you papers

They told me the same thing. Saying that they had been unsuccessful at delivery of documents and for me to call a number. I'm not calling anyone .
