    Same mail from Odissi Smith.
First of all there is no such think as "Product Network Security"
Second of all no company it's going to use gmail for their support emails.
Third thing is I never signed up for Geek Squad... I mean I'm way better geek than any for example in best buy and I would never signed up for such a thing.

Received a similar email from a gmail account, posing as Geek Squad, about a ~$247 annual subscription.
When I called the number, they responded with "Can I help you?" but didn't seem to know the name of their own company.

    Definitely a scam.

I got an email similar to the others posted here. Geek squad was charging me $280.00 to renew support. I checked my bank account & credit cards, nothing had been charged. I called the number and the foreign man on the phone wanted me to go to a web site so he could refund my money. I never had Geek support so I knew it was a scam before I called. I asked him who he was working for and all he would tell me was Geek. I told him I thought he was full of BS and if anybody took anything out of my accounts they will be in serious trouble. He hung up on me. After over 30 years working in the I.T. Dept. of a major health organization I have seen about every kind of scam that there is.

Email was sent from sebastiandavid5853@gmail.com with a company phone number 888.531.2272

100% certain it is a scam email and phone number. The scam email was sent to an email address I have not used in at least 10 years. I only have it forwarding to my current address. Plus Best Buy and geek squad do not use gmail for their emails. Third, I’ve never had a geek squad subscription.

Suggested I have a subscription and they are renewing it for 2 years for $447.00.  Call the number listed and was told I would need to be on my computer.  Totally scam.
