They left a voicemail about legal proceedings and if I did not call them back further legal actions would be taken.  First of all no one calls about this they have to mail you a notice if it is legal.  This is a scam do not pick up your phone.  There is a woman leaving a message by the name of Linda Rodgers .  She said she is from Service Dispatch Department but does not give the company but said it is from an Issuing Firm.  She states a case number 2130199 and that further legal action would take place without my knowledge. I am not calling them back.

It is a man that said he was from a law firm but when I contacted the law firm they didn't have anyone by that name and didn't do that type of work harassing people for money

Received a voicemail from this number and they wouldn’t answer why they’re calling and where they’re located. The man that answered was very rude. Similar to everyone else they are leaving threatening voicemails that legal action will be taken. Worst of all, they didn’t even know my name and called me some other random name. There’s also a “Samuel” working for “Gorman Legal” this a bogus company. I’ve seen a thorough search and I don’t see a company exist by that name. It looks like another scam run by thugs.

Don’t call back they are a scam company. I’m pretty sure it’s one person changing their voice.

Sounds like you'll have to block the numbers from calling you.
This kind of thing should be done in writing, anyway.

Called 1-888-531-2329, and some rude women answer the call as Carmen Legal.  When I asked what type of law firm, business, organization, institution it was, she hanged up the phone.  I called back and also in a rude manner, asked why she hanged up if it was so important, and to provide the information I needed to proceed on my end, the rude woman hanged up again.  Not calling back as it seems a SCAM!
