We are being scammed by Infinity Printing Supplies 888-531-2587. We agreed to try their ink.  Our printer would not accept using it and the error message was "cartridge not identified".  We returned the ink.  Infinity continues to call saying we owe the invoice because we sent the package to the address on their invoice instead of to their "returns" address (which is not listed anywhere on their documentation or their website).  Guy on phone was incredibly rude and condescending.

It was stupid on our part to agree to try their product.  Lesson learned, unfortunately.

Any suggestions on what we should do now?

I work for a small church in Dallas, TX and I mistakenly ordered toner from this company, calling themselves Infinity Printing Suuplies. After I thought I just ordered 4 toner cartridges for my laser jet printer, apparently, without me knowing it , I was signed up for some kind of long term deal where they send me toner every 3 months or something, plus a promo item which was like a $5 mcdonalds gift card! Anyway, when the pastor and finance manager said we can't afford this, plus we don't use that much toner to begin with I called to cancel the order and instead of honoring my request he kept insisting I couldn't cancel but I could replace the toner with a "package of office supplies". I gave in(just to get off the phone!) That was stupid on my part and when the last toner cartridge came in the mail, the pastor was standing by my desk when the mail carrier dropped it off, she saw who it was from and sent it back! This was back in October of 2012. Since then a very rude person, name of Jerry, starts calling and harrassing us about the payment of almost $250 that we owe now. We tell him we are not paying it, that we sent it back, he had my voice on recording saying I agreed to the purchase, but nowhere do they have documentation of me cancelling the order! He keeps harrassing us and is very hostile to me the last time he called.

Finally, my poor pastor gave in and settled with them, for $50. THEY ARE A SCAM PEOPLE!!! They know if they keep calling we will eventually pay something. One more thing, they claim they won't take our check through the mail, that we have to fill out their form with our bank routing and account numbers, then fax it back!! I don't think so! If they don't want our check by mail then they won't be getting our money! Geez. These are the worst bottom feeders. Taking advantage of kind-hearted people, working at a church no less, banking on getting someone like me, new to their kind of scams, to harrass until we give in, but no more! I will not give in to these people ever again. Unfortunately I learned my lesson the hard way. That's usually the case right?!

Read my post above. We are dealing with the same company, probably same person! Very rude to us too. I don't know what the best solution would be in your case, we just settled with them for $50. Just keep telling them you won't pay because you sent the toner back and that it's their problem that they can't find the product that you sent back! We also sent back toner, without even opening it but because we didn't send it to the right return address they can't find it, so they are accusing us of basically stealing!! We have no qualms with these people we are a small church that didn't need their toner. They are a scam, or at best not a very reputable business.

Thank You to all that reported here and the site itself.  I had these people call our office and any time you give a telemarketer a chance it seems like a waste of time but I did with these people.  Vickie Dillard with Infinity Printing at 888-531-2587 tried to send me a free cartridge and I was almost willing to accept the trial but in the end I didn't want to deal with the hassle of them calling my in the future to see how it worked etc.  As I was listening to the spiel I quick Googled the phone number and this site popped with all the negative feedback.  I had asked Vickie to e-mail me with all the specifics prior to committing to accepting the free cartridge and she asked me to write down her information which felt hooky and was an immediate red flag.  So in the end I said that I'm looking at all the negative information online about their company and so no thanks.

So thanks again to all who reported so I was able to avoid the hassle...as if life isn't already difficult enough.
