- Caller: T-Mobile Customer Care
- James Quarles replies to DebraWhy are the three #'s different from what im used to seeing
- Doe replies to Debra| 1 replyThey say they are customer care for t mobile. I first got connected with this number by dialing 611 and assuming they were t-mobile. Somehow (i always hear the word impossible) some of the sim cards are sending customers to this false customer case number. I called it at 4 am. TMOBILE CUST CARE SAYS THEY ARE NOT 24/7 Ever since i went through this number I Have had constant problems!!! Unauthorized purchases, recreated my t mobile websites, i never know if i am speaking to the places i dialed, text messages are intercepted and changed, and the tmobile customer care number on my bill says this other number IS NOT one of their numbers!!! BEWARE WHO YOU CALL AND GIVE ALL YOUR INFORMATION TO!!! DIAL OUT THE PHONE NUMBER - DO NOT USE 611 UNLESS YOU KNOW BY LOOKING ON YOUR CALL HISTORY OR MONTHLY BILL THAT IT IS ACCURATE AND DO NOT ACCEPT ANSWERS LIKE IMPOSSIBLE...AND ALSO WATCH YOUR WEBSITES!!! 75% are being redirected and you dont know it. This includes gov websites- homeland security even has a pirated website!!!!!! Be careful..be watchful...
- DoeThis phone number is what i was connected to when i dialed 611 for t mobile customer care. It was programmed into my sim card. The other t mobile cust care number i manually dialed that i got off my bill said it is not one of their numbers- i am having a nightmare time of unauthorized purchases and redirected calls and texts. Somebody should take impossible out of their vocabulary and do something to make people aware of the fact that sim cards are the source of this paticular problem

There is NO SUCH THING as T MOBILE FRAUD PREVENTION TEAM.
Received phone call on October 17th, 2023. It claimed to be a T Mobile fraud prevention department and wanted me to press 1 to confirm that’s not me who bought 2 iPhone 15 on my account. Nightmare began after that. I wasn’t aware that my phone got SOS since the evening of October 19th. Next morning, I contacted T Mobile and sorted out with Assurant Insurance (luckily I paid for a protection 360). Assurant said someone impersonated me and filed a claim for a replacement of lost phone, so company deactivated my eSIM phone number and my phone lost cellular connection. Worse thing was Assurant already sent the phone to an house address and that con man paid $2xx for himself for a replacement phone. Fed-Ex, T-Mobile, and Assurant worked together to resolve the problems. The delivery address was identified, my account has been flagged as Information Bleach, Assurant helped me reactivate eSIM and got my phone number back. I reported fraud to local police department.
After that, it keeps calling me periodically, claiming to be T mobile fraud department. I after I completed the report to Assurant and T Mobile, I finally can BLOCK IT today.
The real T Mobile phone number always show up on your phone with caller ID. The rep is always American but if you call Assurant the rep is Indian but they are verifiable and helpful.
If you already made mistake, use different phone to call T Mobile customer service. They will help guide you through issue and connect you to Assurant insurance (if you have it). Then REPORT FRAUD TO LOCAL POLICE AND KEEP THE RECORDS. Stay alert if this number called you again. BLOCK IT.
I hope my information can help you prevent fraud and theft in the future.- Caller: Fake T Mobile
