i didn't receive an incoming call.  i got a new debit card in the mail, and that is the number that i had to call to activate it.  (i did call, and the prompts were sketchy, but their website has that number on there, so i guess it really is legit.)

I was looking up the number for the same reason!

I felt the same way...that it was totally sketchy that I had to give my card#, exp date and change my pin.  I called TDBank to verify that I was not just scammed and my info. was not compromised.  They said they got my activation and everything was A-OK with my account.  Just odd they do that.  I think last time I gave my last four digits of my debit card # and last four of my social security # and I was good to go.
