- MikeHuntleton replies to DavidYeah, the very first few posts already mentioned who the number belongs to and with the recent increase of scammers posing as " student loan forgiveness" programs, its not safe to trust any caller, since they can spoof any number.
You should always hang up and call your Loan servicer's official number to ensure your talking to them and not a scammer trying to trick you.
