Keeps calling over and over. I answer and it goes for 10 seconds and cuts off

This is electrical auto insurance, don't answer they just trying to sell you Inssurance that you don't need,

Calls and I tell them I don't need/want the insurance.  They keep asking if # I'm contacted at is a cell #.  Very invasive privacy wise.  I finally had to hang up.  They come across as just need a little information....Don't identity the company either.

I didnt answer the call but it looks like a insurance call want to sell from anybody who answer the call according to my friend jesse
