Todd Harper from Delmarva Power contacted our office today 2/17/16 claiming our power would be turned off immediately. Since we are out of state, he required us to go buy ** Reload It ** cards and then call him back with the card numbers to pay our bill. His phone # 1-888-556-1914 ext 202

Scary thing is, he had our account #'s , balances due and locations of each bill. Delmarva doesn't care!!! Delmarva Power has surely been hacked for them to have all of our balances ect..

Harper just called my place of employment and said that the power was about to be shut off because of non payment... My Employer called the power company and they had no idea what he was talking about... My Employer then called Harper back to let him know that the power company had no idea what he was talking about and he hung up...

He did the exact same thing to our company less than 20 mins ago. Hopefully whomever he is, he's immediately caught and arrested.

Got this call today. So insane they are scamming people like this.

Just received a phone call from  this number, ext. 202.  He said his name is John calling from penelec first energy. and our power was going to be turned off immediately.  I put him on hold and looked up the number he gave me and I told him this was a scam and he hung up.
