Their marketer calls from 941-726-4997 and continues to call!  They want me to all the 888 number.  I am on The Do Not Call list.  I hope this person stops calling!

Telemarketing junk call - don't bother responding.

The FTC is investigating this scam telemarketer.  It uses quite a few different numbers.  I have Verizon and its numbers are blocked as I list them. A number of the telephone numbers have been disconnected as a result of people writing the FTC DNC registry instead of writing stupid things like this on a blog.   I never write blogs, but when I found out the telemarketer who is doing this in and from Sarasota, this blog also came up.  Just block the darn number and file a FTC complaint.  FTC does follow up - you can tell if the response to the DNC complaint from FTC is "Your complaint has been accepted".  Grow up and just bust these crooks' "you know what". I located this scammer here in Sarasota. Uses a false address because cops went to the address and it was not him. From a former Federal agent supervisor, retired circa 1994.

This company whoever they are have been calling my cell phone, and leaving messages. When I called a lady with the name Jennifer answered the phone and told me that they are telemarketers that the FTC no call list does not apply to them. This company should be investigated and whoever they are they should be fined and prosecuted. They told me that they will remove my number from their call list then hung up, I try calling back numerous times but they did not picked up the phone at all.

Once you have a complaint number, call 800-435-7352 to follow up on your complaint.  They need to hear from us taxpayers that we expect them to make arrests!

it is against the FCC rules and regulations for telemarketers to call your cell phone with recorded messages.
you should report it, preferably online.
