The person that called was calling as a legal rep for a payday loan. Said that I owed over $4000 from 2006 and said the reason they are just now getting to me was because I had filed for chapter 13 in 2006 and that it was now dismissed. And they had all my information. But said if I could pay $655 right now they would dismiss it and the only way they would work with me was if I pay half now and the other half in 10 days. That they would send a summons out to me to have me arrested in my district. She gave me her name and ext and phone number. Well, I called it back and someone answered transferred me to her because I wanted to see if I actually get the same person. I asked her for an address to send any information or where were they out of and how do I know I owe this I haven't received anything. She kept dodging the question and saying she could go ahead and send me out the summons, but that my case was already going to court, then  she puts me on hold I finally hung up. She did call back saying she had to go get my file, I had just got through talking to her not five minutes before.  Is this for real or a crazy scam. I've already had some foreigner calling me before I went off on him and he hung up and keeps calling about once a month I just ignore him.

Just got off the phone with a Miss Jenkins said She was gonna send the police to my place of business and demanded a large amount of money within 15min.  I called local law enforcement and reported as well as the courts and refered to the bogus court case # they gave me. I even went as far as serching my nam in the county I reside at courthouse.  Guess what there is no pending case against me nor is there police on there way.  Seems like a scare tactic.  Mona probably works for them.
