call my cell phone, from a 712 number… Voicemail said "they'd received documents in the complaint…"

Left msg again, second call. Caller id showed a no.402-513-7521 from Omaha NE, said there was a complaint related to me. Wish they would stp calling.

I was called from the same number at my cell and they stated they had documents with a complaint with my name on them to call them back at the tone press 8. I called I got a recording with the option to leave a message. I had this happen last year comes to find out when I did talk with someone the Allen they were looking for was not me, but someone in Virginia. If you recieve a call from this number do not give them any personal information let them identify you and you tell them if they have the right or wrong person.

They called my new phone number about a complaint for someone who I have never heard of.  I called them back to let them know they had the wrong phone number.  When I mentioned that they have the wrong phone number for this said person, they hung up on me.

Ive gotten several calls from this number on my home phone n i called them back they id me correctly n knew my ssn n asked me to verify that so i told them i wouldnt do that over the phone . So the woman says ok then good luck in court. And i asked what it was about n she says i cant tell u that since u wouldnt verify ssn.she then hangs up. So this got the better of me i called back n verified ssn but first asked her how she knew my ssn n i believe she said. U told me n i didnt do that. So i finally kept asking her whats this about she says a bank first credit debt of 599.00 from 1999. I never had a credit card from them.

I also got a call today telling me that they had documents for me, and to call 8885571980 or simply press 8 to speak to a representative immediately.  My caller I.D. said SNFC CNTRL, callimg from4155498951.  I am not calling it back, as it is  not coming from a legitimate collection agency, and no police department or court would tell you these things before identifying themselves as court, police, etc.  This has to be scammers trying to get money.  Dont give them any information, especially access to any bank accounts.There is no way I am going to get taken by any of them again, and when they call my family, I know it is because they pay for personal information over the internet, then try to extort money by threatening jail time, etc.

I also got a call today telling me that they had documents for me, and to call 888-557-1980 or simply press 8 to speak to a representative. No caller ID on phone, so not sure where this call was coming from. It seems like every few weeks I get calls from this number or different numbers saying the same thing. Not calling back nothing but a SCAM.

I have been receiving calls for almost 2 yrs from this number (888-557-1980)on my cell phone .  Also from 725-233-8747 from a Mitchell Feldman's office looking for a Theresa Pierce regarding documents in a complaint.

These guy's called and said they had a case with my name on it they didn't id themselves they knew my name and middle initial they called from 201 285 8124 but left the 888 number in the voice mail

I received a call that left a message for my Daughter with documents of a complaint issued with her name on it and gave a complaint ##.  She has been dead for five years.  A bit old for a complaint eh???

I received a call from this 1-888-557-1980 number. Staten that they have documents of a complaint . with my name on it.And to get in touch with them. Or wait and dail 8. To speak to a representative. But when called no answer. Something not right about that. But god got the last word. 1

A message was left on my land line @ 9:55 am this morning stating that there was a complaint registered against me and to call (888) 557-1980, with a case number. I called back asking who filed the complaint and was placed on hold. After waiting for nearly five minutes the line went dead. Another scam from those #%@!!ing cowards from Hades!!!!!

Same thing. I get this call at least twice a week through out the year and They are not specific it just says there is a complaint and if I wish to respond call this # 888-857-1980.

I keep getting calls saying the same thing.  They say the complaint has my maiden name.  I have been married for 13 years.  Also I have been in the phone book for the last 10.  If anyone wanted to find me I think they would have by now.  Scam

received a message from 888-577-1980 stating I owed money for two bad checks from a retailer in 1995! They said no statute of limitations on checks. WRONG!! They said they were pre-trial mediation and they could reduce the amount I owe today on this call only to $200!!! Don't fall for these scammers!!!
