Scam number. Trying gain access to your computer.

 Just got one of these phony alerts on my web browser with a 'windows security alert' and urging me to call this number for 'windows technical support'.  It is clearly a scam, just wanted to put this hear in case anyone else gets this on their computer and is tempted to call.

Phony alert on web browser that wants you to call for tech support. Just a scam. Only comes up when on YAHOO page. Most likely one of the advertisers ad is compromised.

Pop up on window announcing security alerts with loud voice warning you not to shut down your computer and call the 888-558-3089 number. Seems to pretend to be official Windows support. Must be a scam but don't know any has ever called them.

This number is a SCAM as it is routed through a skype number in Los Angeles over to India. They want access to your computer and they will end up blocking your access until you pay Ransom Ware. They get you to send untaxable money to various people from Alaska, Texas, Florida and New York.
