I get a phone call from debt collector reg water service who was a rip off 'sierra springs water' billing twice the agreed and charging extra bottles and not giving credit on the onces taken.this collector from Collections Bureau of Amrica called to collect, made payment plan, and wanted to charge $7.95 for every payment they process, ontop of the agrred amoount. This is a rip off, he even got scared when I mention that I would contact the Division of Finance and Corporation of the state for which they are registered, happens to be California. Left fight this rip off against the consummers and fraudulent companies.

I called back this number and it turns out to a collection agency but this person is a one-man person she works out of her home...No collection agency is open 24 hrs this happen at 11:00am when I called back this is an in-house collection by the name of Betty Smith she deals with all the water company's such as Sierra Spring Water Arrowhead Sparklets Water so...heads up guys

ya doods, this is a collection bugus agency. if you say make a payment you'll get connected but who ever choses that?!

calls and lies about who they talked to i was a debit collector and  the=is company doesnt know the law and i think they need to be sued so i will be the first to take them down so if u would like to do so as well contact a lawyer and do so and tell them to CEASING COMMUNICATION.-and they have to stop calling u

Some guy name, Bill, left a message who says he is calling from the "City of San Bruno Cable TV, asking for some person that isn't me to return his call. He left his number, 510.781.5242. Major duh here. The area code for the City of San Bruno (CA) is, '650'. The area code of '510' is across the San Francisco Bay from San Bruno. Ya think there's something wrong with this picture here?

This number calls me every morning right at 8AM. They never leave a message, and make no attempt to contact me directly. If I answer the phone, they immediately hang up without saying a word.

She tries to get you to an "agent" its a debt collector for cable TV

This person is good at beeing a fraud the hve my social security number in full and I don't or haven't had cable for 9 yrs. Said I owe 2,000$

A woman called from this number for Time Warner cable telling me I owed a bill. I NEVER HAD WORKING TIME WARNER CABLE!! They are reported for fraud with my bank too. I told her to cease and desist calling me. This is ridiculous!

They are calling for a bill I owe to Sparkletts or DS Waters. I called DS Waters directly after this collection agency called me and they have no problem taking my payment and then calling off the collection agency. I just don't trust collection agencies.

If its an "800" number I do not answer it, period. And I never pay scum bag collection agencies!

Have been calling day and NIGHT....

Called me 3 times in the last week leaving messages about my name has come up as a person of interest in a VERY important issue the evidence is compelling and they are filing civil and criminal charges onto my ss#.....however....they had my name wrong....John not my actual name so....total scam...also will call family and get them involved so watch for that

Got three calls at home while I was out on vacation.  I called back and were told they were from Collections Bureau of America.  When I gave them my phone number because that is how they track their calls/records, the lady gave me a name I did not recognize.  I just got a new phone number so maybe the number was registered to somebody else whose been sent to collections.  Phew!!

just received a call from this number. I did not answer it. They left this voicemail, "We have an important message from Collection Bureau of America. This call is from a debt collector. Please call 1-888-558-5192. Thank you."
Most likely a scam.
