I received a bill on my credit card for 29.99 from this number but I never purchased anything could you please explain this?

Not sure who you think you're writing to here. Your question will take a great deal more detail than the crumbs reported so far in this thread. There are no references to a business name on your statement?

    I also have a billing on my debit card account from 888 558 6648 for $29.95.  I did not authorize it nor did I buy anything.  Have you gotten any help regarding the billing?

I have also been charged 29.99 by this company. any help?

This is some sort of scam.  It a magazine distributor who claims that I provided my credit card information to one of their 400 "marketing partners" -- they can't tell me which one -- who took it upon themselves to send me "trial subscriptions" of 3 magazines I never ordered.  Call them, tell them what they are doing is illegal and they may promise to refund the charges back to your card.  I'm waiting to see if this is true.

Meanwhile, challenge the charge with the credit card company to protect yourself.
