I called 1-888-558-8740 and spoke with Angela. She explained that I would have been charged $59.95 for the first months supply - the supposedly FREE 30 day trial. It was only the shipping that was free. So I got a return #, her confirmation that any future charges would be canceled, and instructions to send any remaining product to PureCleanse Pro, PO Box 10233 Des Moines, IA 50381 - by insured mail (I'll use UPS) with my original order # on the label. Hope that works. They want you to share any unused portion with a friend or relative instead of returning it, but you'd have to pay for the first month even if they canceled future billing.
