My husband "hired" these people (person?) To  work on a problem with his computer, he didn't hear from them for almost a year. Then, like others above we have non-stop calls despite requests to stop (lately always from this number). Last several are by the same female with a foreign accent stating she was going to charge our Discover card. As my husband started giving her a hard time she started making personal remarks, flirty nonsense, name-calling etc. Never did state the amount "owed". When we called the number back using a very business like tone to get info Re: card used, amount charged, date of charge, etc. She refused to tell us started with the cutesy crap and said she had our checking account number (had all our "banking numbers") and was going to charge the acount $1,500.00 (Highly unlikely since that info was never given, although she changed her story, saying he had used that account). This broad sounds like a real whack job and the fact that when caling the "company" she immediately answered (again unlikely in a real tech support company) and she is the only one calling is enough to make me wonder if she's calling from her home. The company name given to my husband initially was "Tech Heal", today when pushed it was "Technical Support" (no imagination). The orignal number was 1-866-740-0390 (the number he was to call when he needed assistance-never used) today's number was the 888-558-9552. She also said she was calling from San Leandro CA. Good luck to anyone unfortunate enough to cross paths with this flake.

Same thing happened to me exactly. They supposedly fixed my pc almost a year ago and for the past couple of weeks they have been harrassing me and calling me almost daily and will not take a no for answer.I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling me, I told them I will report them to police, today it was a woman who called possibly same woman who called you, and she said she doesn't care if I call the police etc etc.

These people are crooks - they break your computer then pretend to fix it then steal all your info for id theft - block them. Do Not Call is for genuine telemarketers not crooks!

These people piss me off. They call and claim to be a tech company that "fixed" my computer, BS, they crashed it after stealing everything off of it. Every time they call I flip out on the phone and the scam artist who is on the phone actually argues with me......UNREAL

I wasn't home when this call came in  but when the answering system picked up, rather than hang up, they laid their phone down and just talked among themselves using up the memory in my voice mail system. VERY RUDE to say the least.

I had a call from them on Oct 22, 2017, stateing my computer was runinng slow and that there was problems with my internet saying that people can get my passwords to my email and to my bank that my ip was being use in other places. So they said that they could fix it so they install some software on my computer call sonic wall nsa, and network  access protection and identity protector so this way they couldn't access my computer wheather on my Ip or open wifi at a cost of 299.00 for two years. The name of the tech was Catherine Wright. I didn't pay them so I told them I will send them a money order  on Fri 3, 2017. Since I have seen this I wanted to know are they for real or a con artist try to get my money. Please let me know, thank you very much.

I have also dealt with these scammers. They make it appear like there is a problem with your computer and pretend to fix it. I think they are trying to download your personal information. They are a BIG SCAM! DON"T LET THEM SCAM YOU!!!

Send them NOTHING and do not take anymore calls from this number. Don't deal with random calling foreigners, either. Hang up as soon as you notice an accent. You'll get a whole lot of NOTHING but losing dealing with them.~I Was Prepared~JustinCase

Go online and search robocalls.  There are apps you can download that will screen these calls and block them.  I have one on my iPhone and it works great.
