Called me too same man. My lawyer said it is a scam

I just got a call from them.  They left a message on my phone, from Trevor Linden.  If I do not respond by Wednesday at 4pm, they will take legal action by serving papers at my home or place of business.

Called me, guess it's collections, it was a payday loan I owed.....

called me yesterday an attorney named johnathan snyder.... who i later found out was either matthew marccuci or samuel or sammy telesco. do not pay them, they are illegally extorting people. they tried to tell me someone was coming to serve me with papers.... so i called my county. there is nothing there for me. do your research before you pay these chumps. I had to call the attorney general on them. apperently there is already a huge case going they get about 1 call a day on these people.

Same scam calling my phone and family #'s

called and a mr joe selviaky if that is his real name of nwr letigation services said that if i don't call back they will send warrant and the paper work to my home and work palce called my lawyer and he said they are scam and not to listen or send money to them

Claimed there was check fraud committed.

The recorded name said "Joseph Becki," I believe this is a debt collection agency.  They called my cell. I think they may be trying to collect on a non secured credit card balance that closed-out many years ago.  Why they have just begun with the phone harassment after so-so many years?  I don't know.  I blocked their number. This is quite ridiculous and a total waste of time. After all, trying to collect on this sort of debt is like trying to squeeze water from a desert rock.
